ADDITIONAL TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
For any other perceived skills gaps within your organisation, Tweak Training Solutions can source or design a solution that will be developed specifically to fulfil these gaps and address concerns that are relevant to your business.
TTS will come on site and thoroughly understand your business, source or develop a solution to distinctly address your requirements.
If a solution is developed by TTS, delegates will be trained initially and then have two follow up sessions at 4 week intervals to assist with adoption of the training and behavioural change.
Investment
- Any one day course - R1 850 per delegate (includes 2 x 3 hour follow up sessions at 4 week intervals)
Facilitation fee - R 3 700 (per group size of 6 – 20 delegates) - Any half day course - R1 050 per delegate (includes 2 x 2 hour follow up sessions at 4 week intervals)
Facilitation fee - R 1 850 (per group size of 6 – 20 delegates) - Any two day course - R 3 250 per delegate (includes 2 x 4 hour follow up sessions at 4 week intervals
Facilitation fee - R 4 850 (per group size of 6 -20 delegates)
Your investment will include
- Comprehensive training manual
- A customized solution relevant to your business environment
- 2 follow up workshops at 4 week intervals to refresh the solution, enhance behaviour change and improve adoption of the concepts
- Laminated prompt sheet
Kindly note the above pertains to programmes developed by TTS. Existing programmes that are sourced from external vendors may incur a different cost structure and training strategy.
